By entering your email you agree to all the following terms: No purchase is necessary to enter. Must be 18 years old and have a valid email to enter.  Multiple entries by the same person will not be counted. You are entering a drawing of a Ball Fireman Enterprise watch. The winner will be notified by email.  If no response is received within 10 business days we will redraw and pick another winner.   You will receive marketing from Tachymeters to your email but you may unsubscribe at any time. You must be subscribed to marketing at the time of drawing in order to win.  The watch you win will be new with full warranty. After the drawing you will continue to receive further marketing from Tachymeters until such time as you unsubscribe. The watch will be shipped to the buyer at our expense.  Winners outside the United States agree to pay all VAT/Tax/Import duty prior to delivery.  If the package is returned to us for non payment of VAT/Tax/Import the winner just voided their "win" and it will be cancelled.  The winner agrees to have their first initial, last name, city and state location published on our website or by email permanently as the winner.  Contest ends 12/31/2024.
